Delicious dining at a price you can swallow. Sataris is a refreshing change from the norm on the Costa Blanca, just 2.5 km from the centre of Moraira on the coastal road to Calpe. It is a restaurant with a difference.

A lovely combination of local Tosca stone, mirrors and French wooden flooring has been used to create a truly delightful dining area, which with the addition of a terrace, makes the perfect place to enjoy your meal. Onto the food, which is absolutely sublime and without a shadow of a doubt some of the best you will taste in the whole area. The attention to detail and imagination that has gone into creating these menus is astonishing and the results are amazing.

For starters you are really spoilt for choice, fresh mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce with special
homemade garlic bread, baked muscles filled with cream cheese infused with garlic, pan fried chicken livers with Serrano ham and grilled polenta as well as their famous traditional “bubble and squeak” topped with Spanish black pudding and bacon are just a few of the favourites on the menu.

The entrees include, fillet and sirloin steaks with a selection of sauces and fresh fish of the day, House favourites are steamed fillet of salmon in a prawn and cream sauce, a braised shoulder of lamb with rosemary and herbed mashed potato stack and a tower of Char grilled Mediterranean vegetables drizzled with pesto and toasted pine nuts. Plus many more to tantalise the taste buds.
A selection of home-made desserts and liqueurs are always tempting. When you are full, happy and ready to slide down into a more comfortable seat, the relaxing sofa lounge is the perfect place to view the cocktail menu and drink the night away.

Understandably, one of the best Sunday menus around including fresh roast sirloin of beef on cream mash potatoes, walnut stuffing, herb roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding & fresh vegetables. Two other day roasts as well as our normal menu. Open from 1.30 until 9.30.
