The Hotel and Restaurant Pinosol is situated in a quiet residential area
on the Travesía de les Cansalades on the road to Benitachell. The
recently constructed luxury hotel in set in 6,000 square metres of natural
grounds.
The restaurant is open every day from 9am until 11pm but one of the main
attractions of coming here is for the year-round dinner dances and Summer
Flamenco shows. At €15 (excluding drinks) the weekly Saturday night
dinner dance menu is attractively priced and for €25 you can enjoy
dinner then get your feet tapping to a traditional and passionate Flamenco
show on Wednesdays evenings in summer from July to September. So come on
now, dust off those dancing shoes and “strut your stuff”! Gents
forget those lame excuses of “I can't” and ladies, “I've
been on my feet all day” just won't work! Let your hair down and
dance the night away!
Samba for your starters, Mambo for your mains, Disco for your desserts
and Cha Cha for your coffee! Let's Tango tonight, Foxtrot forever and Waltz
whilst you whisper in your partner's ear! How long is it since you've had
such fun? Anyway that's probably sufficient about the dancing for now;
this is a restaurant guide after all!
The spacious restaurant with its elegant, modern décor offers
superb, friendly service and serves varied Mediterranean cuisine. From
the classical and traditional to new, original dishes which have been creatively
updated, the food is full of taste sensations which will make your mouth
water. To take full advantage of the abundance of fresh, local produce
the menu changes to serve seasonal specialities. Everything is freshly
made and special attention is given to presentation. Current specialities
include a delicious terrine of duck liver with a fig compote, a flamboyant
lobster casserole with prawns and creamed potatoes, an equally extravagant
tasty dish of rice in a lobster sauce, succulent fillet steaks and delectable
home-made desserts. Why not try their special tasting menu and sample a
little of everything?
Once experienced we are sure that those dancing shoes will not stay dusty
for long and Saturday nights at the Pinosol will become a regular date!
