All cover is provided by secure and well-respected companies. ASSSA for example, are well-established and dedicated to serving the expatriate community. All policy documents are issued in English, with English speaking doctors available wherever possible. Policies are also guaranteed for life, this being an extremely important aspect of Health Insurance, providing peace of mind and security. Liberty Seguros, who, since buying out Royal Sun Alliance in 2001, have improved their product base and are now one of the top ten insurers within the Spanish market. Liberty are able to insure both British and Spanish registered vehicles, with other nationalities available upon request. Again, all car policies are issued in English, with a green card automatically issued. Legal Assistance, 24hr European Breakdown Service and Glass are also standard, with Courtesy cars available on fully comprehensive policies for approx 40€ per year.

We are also able to provide Home and Contents Insurance, underwritten by Norwich Union. These policies are unique in Spain, providing a much higher level of Public Liability on all properties, and an option of accidental damage (caused by both proprietors and tenants) available. All premiums can also be paid on monthly direct debits.

Through our legally registered Solicitor and Associates, we are able to provide legal advice, Spanish wills, investments, various equity release schemes, life insurance, mortgages (Interest only, Self-Certs and Standard) and pensions.
