its sole aim has been to provide its clients with dependable and
professional property consultancy and advice. This it has achieved
and has gone on to become a multiservice company able to offer a

wills, self employment papers, NIE/Residencia application, car ownership
transfers, as well as all of your general day to day enquiries.
They also offer a translation service for those important documents.
Ingrid deals mainly with conveyancing and wills while the rest
of the well organized and professional team (which includes Chloe,
Marivi and Gema) are responsible and well versed in liaising with
SUMA, notary and the property registry offices on behalf of their
clients. Making sure all of the above is correctly collated, filed
and posted is taken care of by Sue, the Office Assistant.
